Frequently asked questions
Where can I find the .gpx file?
Export your GPS route from Strava, Garmin, Polar, Komoot ,Suunto, or any other tracking app as a .gpx file. Upload it at our Custom page, enter your details (distance, elevation, date, event name, etc.), choose your design and frame and we take it from there.
- Strava: Open the activity, tap the three-dot menu, and select Export GPX.
- Garmin: Go to Garmin connect, then select your activity, click on the gear icon and click "Export to GPX".
- Polar: Go to your diary and select your session. Go to the bottom and click "Export session" and select "Route (GPX)".
- Komoot: Simply open the desired saved route or completed activity, and click or tap "Download GPX file".
- Suunto: Open the Suunto App on your phone, select the desired recorded activity, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, and choose Export GPX workout.

Can I upload any GPS route, or only specific sports?
Yes.
You can upload any GPS route. Whether it's from a hike or your favorite Golf course.
Triathlon, I can not upload three files or do not have one single file that combines all three. How should I proceed?
No problem. Design your custom poster with one file, then send us all three. We will merge them into one and take it from there.

I do not have a .gpx file. Can I still order a product from you?
Sure, reach out to us and describe your route. We can design it by ourselves and make it happen.
What if I want something else shown on my poster?
Reach out to us and tell us what you are looking for.
Where are your products manufactured?
We produce everything here in Basel, Switzerland. We have a small 3d printing farm, our own large photo stuio printer and all other tools that are needed. Check our Instagram page for insights.

What color will the 3d-printed part be?
The color of the 3d-printed part will be chosen by us. Our standard colors are black, white, red. Other colors will follow.
Can I also choose another color of the 3d printed route?
Yes.
Reach out to us and let us know your desired color. If we have it on stock, we can immediately adjust. Otherwise your delivery time will take a few more days.
